Our fabrics and wallpapers are all printed to order, therefore once your order is confirmed it is exclusively for you.

Therefore we can not accept returns.

Any fabrics or wallpapers that have been cut are unable to be refunded regardless of any imperfections. In some cases of imperfect products we may need to see an image of the issue to determine the correct refund procedure. Any problems with your products need to be highlighted within 28 days of arriving with you. In the event that your fabric or wallpaper is unusable we would kindly ask to package it up, full refund will be given on their arrival back to us including postage. Or a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Please contact us vis hello@bauldrybotanicals.com to discuss your preferred outcome prior to returning.Allow a 4 week lead time + 3-5 days delivery on replacement fabrics and wallpapers.

You have accepted my ITEM IS FAULTY, Where do i send it to?

Return items in their original condition for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). Please add a note of your name and order number when returning any imperfect items.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of sending.If returning an international order, clearly mark ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ on the description to prevent avoidable costs.

RefundsAll refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Your costs may take 14 days to return, depending on your bank provider. You will be contacted if there are any queries regarding your returns.

Please note - we are able to return costs of faulty items. However we are unable to return the costs of import taxes and customs charges on international orders.
